Required in every case
- Power of representation, notarised remotely. It gives us standing to act on your behalf before registries, banks and the relevant authorities, within the limits it sets out. The notarisation session is held by video; a valid identity document is required.
- Certificate of incorporation or recent registry extract
- Up-to-date articles, memorandum/articles or constitutive deed
- Register of directors and register of shareholders
- Ownership chart up to the natural-person beneficial owners
- Passport and proof of address of the directors and UBOs
- Description of the activity, website and countries of operation
- Contact details and mail-handling instructions
Depending on the case
- Licence or proof of authorisation for a regulated activity
- Postal power of attorney and board resolution
- List of users authorised to collect the mail
- Lease or title if the address is supplied by the client

Visas, the share capital itself, translations requested by a bank and your own travel are not part of the price.
